Carbon Credits

Pioneering for negative CO2 emissions based on Biochar

Bio Agri Group’s mobile Biolyser reactor  has been endorsed by Carbon Standards International as a System Provider for their Global Artisan C-Sink Standard.

How does it work from here?

There are now two main options, how you could now benefit as a customer of us:

Option 1:

Become your own Artisan C-Sink Manager. An Artisan C-Sink Manager is managing a project and can include several smaller or bigger Artisan Biochar Producers. The certification is divided into two steps: An Endorsement Phase, where specific tasks and checks are done with Carbon Standards International. Followed by an annual  Certification Phase, during which a Project Design Document has to be handed in for validation and an on-site inspection is conducted for the verification. Once certified credits can be sent to the Global C-Sink Registry for verification and if successful will be issued there. Through dedicated C-Sink Traders (are listed on the website of CSI), C-sink credits can be sold on the voluntary carbon market.

You can directly get in touch with Dominic and his team via mail: service@carbon-standards.com

Option 2:

Get in touch with an already endorsed or certified Artisan C-Sink Manager (listed as well on the CSI website) and check out if there are possibilities to team up and join forces. If the Artisan C-Sink Manager does not yet have a certified project in the country, the same certification process as under Option 1 is required. As The Artisan C-Sink Managers has all the responsibilities, teaming up with an existing will reduce the admin work for you.
